a bit of info: printed bear patches bought for $1 in a bag..still have plenty left along with the white w/pastel colored dotted material in the center blocks around the embroidery. Center panel is muslin with backstitch embroidery. Center is hand quilted, and from there on out it's tied with cotton yarn. Backing is light blue sheet, brought around to the front to create the wide binding for the quilt. Cotton/cotton blends. Machine pieced, hand tied and quilted. Finished in 1998 for my cousin Holly's new baby: Caleb |
